Rae Arora’s career in commercial real estate dates back to 1994.  He has extensive experience in owning, constructing, and managing property. Rae also serves as a due diligence consultant to lenders involved in financing development and construction projects.

As an investment sales associate at American Investment Properties, Rae always seeks to understand the needs of his buyers and sellers, and believes every transaction is unique:  “Every property is different, each buyer and seller is different; I try to make deals where needs are met, the numbers usually follow,” says Rae.

Rae is a graduate of New York University (B.A, 1998) and resides with his family in Seaford. Rae says “Long Island is a wonderful place to live, being active in the community is important to me and the personal and business relationships that develop are very rewarding. Commercial real estate has an impact on all of our lives, and I am grateful to be in the industry.”
