American Investment Properties was retained to sell the mixed-use buildings located on Deer Park Ave in Deer Park, NY. The properties totaled 6,141 square feet of combined building space.

Every deal comes with its own unique challenges, and this portfolio was no exception. These buildings combined retail, office, and apartments, which made it more complex than a single-use property.
