…now for the technical stuff

You’ll need to have a Real Estate License in the state of New York.
The unusual blend of communication skills, a strong organizational preference & a knack for analytical details.
Knowledge of financial terms and principles appropriate to conduct basic financial analysis.
Sales or real estate experience is highly preferred, but not a requirement.

Real Estate Internship

Are you a highly motivated individual who is interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate brokerage? Our team will give you the fundamental experience you need.

Overview of Responsibilities:

You will be working directly with the President and staff on tasks including but not limited to:

Property real estate research and reports
Property photos and videos
Collecting information required for acquisitions and dispositions
Supporting communication with clients
Update and maintaining of CRM database
Other duties as necessary

Requirements:

Ability to work at least 18-25 hours per week
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proficient with computers and navigating software
Familiarity with basic real estate concepts a plus but not required

Photography Internship

We are seeking a Real Estate Photography Intern to produce photos and videos for commercial properties. Photography is at the heart of a successful real estate company for many reasons, but the most important reason is to help us stand out. In the age of social media and mobile devices, having the best pictures and videos can make all the difference.

Are you up to the challenge? If you have experience in real estate photography and a flexible schedule then we would like to hear from you!

This opportunity is great for college students seeking more experience and work for their portfolio. We are willing to provide a Proof of Internship letter or other necessary paperwork.

Compensation

This internship will be unpaid. It will be on a freelance, part-time basis. If seeking college credits, please provide your paperwork and we will be happy to sign.

Real Estate Photographer Responsibilities

Prepare equipment for upcoming assignments
Capture the appropriate amount of images/videos as specified in photography guidelines
Adjust camera settings (when needed) to handle various lighting environments
Complete other assignments, if multiple in a day
Turn around edited photos/videos within 2-3 business days of shoot

Real Estate Photographer Qualifications & Requirements

Knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, video equipment
Be familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere and other Adobe suite products
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow detailed instructions
Be available for multiple shoots a week
DSLR Camera or other high quality camera device. No smartphones.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to locations throughout Long Island and NYC
